How it works
The problemYou can't know the exchange rate your payout will convert at, so any fixed USD amount lands a little over or under your INR target every month.
The fix — a trailing true-upInvoice at today's rate, then fold whatever last month fell short (or ran over) into this month's invoice. The carry-over self-corrects in both directions, and each invoice reads as "monthly fee ± FX reconciliation" — easy to defend to a client or an auditor.
The formula(annual ÷ 12 + carry-over) ÷ live rate + platform fee, rounded up. Carry-over = INR due till now − INR received till now.
After each payout landsAdd the credited amount to "Received", bump "Due" by one month's target, and the next number is ready. Your bank's FIRA/payment advice shows the exact rate and fee applied — check it if a payout looks off.
